Wore this straight out of surgery and the soft seams didn't rub against my incisions at all. The adjustable straps actually stayed put while I slept propped up, which I didn't expect. Way more comfortable than the compression bra the hospital gave me.
The front closure made it so much easier to get on by myself the first week after surgery. The soft seams sat flat against my incisions, no rubbing at all. Honestly the most comfortable thing I owned during recovery.
